Mandolat Organic Soluble Almond Milk – Whole is an organic soluble almond milk made from finely micronized defatted almond flour, which also retains the outer tegument of the blanched almond, making the product naturally richer in fiber and nutrients.

Defined as "Whole" for its completeness, it offers the authentic taste of raw almond milk, unpasteurized and without added sugars, ideal for those seeking a pure, functional, and nutritious plant-based drink. An excellent source of vegetable protein, it is suitable for a balanced, athletic, and conscious diet.

Ingredients: 100% defatted almond flour from Filippo Cea BIO cultivar (75% blanched almonds*, 25% whole almonds*) *from organic farming

Usage Tips: Perfect to enjoy fresh for breakfast. Ideal for creams, baked goods, and pastries. Excellent for preparing béchamel sauce and shortcrust pastry.

Preparation: Pour 60–80 g of product into 1 liter of water (lukewarm or cold). Mix vigorously until completely dissolved. Note: a slight solid residue is normal, as almond fiber is not completely soluble in water.

Storage: Store the dry product in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources. After rehydration, store in the refrigerator and consume within 2 days. Shelf-life: 12 months.
