Organic protein pancake mix with Mandolat

 Organic protein pancake mix with Mandolat (soluble almond milk), oat flour, shelled almonds, dark cocoa, and rice protein. Ideal for a nutritious, healthy, and balanced breakfast, designed for those who desire a plant-based protein intake without sacrificing the intense taste of cocoa. The mix is made exclusively with selected organic ingredients and is suitable for an active and conscious lifestyle.  

Ingredients Oat flour*, Shelled almonds 25%, Rice protein, Mandolat* (defatted blanched almond flour) 7%, Cocoa 20/22%*, Sodium bicarbonate. *from organic farming May contain traces of peanuts and other nuts. 

Preparation instructions 50 g mix 75–100 ml water 1 teaspoon oil (optional) Mix until a homogeneous batter is obtained and let rest for 10 minutes. Cook in a hot non-stick pan, flipping the pancake until golden brown.
