Ingredients Small oat flakes*, Shelled almonds 23%, Cocoa nibs 16%, Cocoa 10/12%, Mandolat (defatted peeled almond flour) 5%, Rice proteins*. *from organic farming May contain traces of peanuts and other tree nuts.

Preparation instructions Hot 50 g mix 150 ml water Bring to a boil, stirring, and cook until desired consistency. Cold 50 g mix 150 ml water Mix and let rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
